Mass literacy means education for all. Education is becoming very expensive. With every passing year we get a large number of educated unemployed people. this discourages the youngsters who have to follow them.
         On accout of this large-scale unemployment, the children do not go to schools. they prefer to work at different places. This is not a healty sign. These children are the future of some Country. They should be properly equipped with the facilities of education.
         To educate all the people of some Coutry the government has introduced a scheme. The name of this scheme is 'Education For All'. If this scheme is sincerely implemented, it can bring many positive changes is society.
